Ongoing support is provided centrally by our dedicated team of highly skilled application and technical specialists. Our experienced team is also responsible for developing and enhancing our solutions.
The NEP team manages all aspects of the service from the provision of the Service Desk to major system developments and system implementations. The NEP team also deals directly with NEP partners and manages service contracts on behalf of the NEP Consortium.
The team also provide technical and best practice process advice.
