At NEP customer care is everything

At NEP we constantly listen and engage with our members. You will have the services of a dedicated Account Manager from the moment that you join the NEP Consortium

Your dedicated Account Manager is your direct link to NEP. They are always on hand to discuss your needs, provide support, answer questions or resolve any service issues that you may have. They will also help you to get the most out of your NEP solution.

Your Account Manager will:

  • Visit you on site at least twice a year to provide support and discuss performance against your Service Level Agreement (SLA). These meetings give you the opportunity to provide feedback to NEP and rate the quality of service that is being delivered.
  • Provide you with information about all NEP solutions and services
  • Offer advice on how best to use NEP solutions and functionality to implement NHS best practice
  • Provide you with information about the latest NEP service enhancements and developments
  • Help you to identify opportunities that could improve your business efficiency
